english pancakes , very similar to a french crepe, made with plain flour eggs skimmed milk and a splash of water, stack served with cream and maple syrup, or jam or lemon/ orange juice and sugar or a savoury filling such as chile cheese coriander and sour cream.

  • so are these crepes or pancakes?

  • i would classify them as an english pancake ..... ie they are made with plain flour without any raising agents eg baking powder or yeast , so they are similar to a crepe but they do not use buckwheat flour like a genuine crepe but a plain white flour with egg milk water a pinch of salt and a little melted buttter .

  • oh, well i just typed that cause it sounded cool, ya know, yummy! yummy! SICK! ya know? lol

  • ok...... kool
