Fantasia Artscape Bmore 2

Fantasia performed on July 15, 2011 in Baltimore at the 2011 Artscape Festival. I can not begin to tell you how much this sister blessed the stage. She brought along that awesome band and those beautiful background singers, Aseelah, Mark and Toowey. I will not give the run down on the order in which she lead this show but I can tell you that she sand, Truth Is, Summertime, Collard Greens and Corn Bread, Hood Boy, Bittersweet and more. Speaking of Collard Greens and Cornbread, she had two of the originators of the Collard Greens and Cornbread line dance on stage as she sang it. She brought on Lil Mo and her girl Tish to the stage to do it a little DC/Bmore Go Go Style. She also brought some of the Louisiana flavor with her to the stage. It was an awesome show, she looked marvelous and Thank God for her blessing us with that beautiful voice yet again. Marvelous job sweetie.

I love how she kills " I Can't Stand the Rain" and then goes into " I Don't Why I Love You". She is ridiculous. What more can you say about this chic? Damn! There is nothing like raw and genuine talent. That band is on point. Love It!
