@xtrmsprts Fascinating thought. I found the interviewer's line of questioning affectingly tender. It's an intimate setting Charlie's. Gore's remark in the subsequent parts of this conversation about awaiting post-mortem renumeration for his troubles in life tickled me. Buckley was a charmer too. There was on his part a quiet resignation toward his own mortality. To sleep was bliss. Men's views may differ but their certain extinction is uniform. Pause to light a candle for these mighty hearts.

@kaewonf8 Get past the apparent layers and you will find interesting things...But there is a catch you have to be unbiased. Understanding Vidal takes effort..Dismissing him for pompous..etc is easy.
