@WOW529 Thanks! Erm, well for startes specc Rapture in disc. Then you should use your shield at all times. Also it is nice to have a bit of extra spirit in your gear so a gem/enchant or two wont hurt you at all! And i also try to cast a lot in a short while then try to not cast for 5-6 seconds ( dont know how long precisly ) so that i gain my regen out of combat! This should do the trick.
