A VERY EFFICIENT WAY TO TRAIN STANCES, BALANCE, DELTOIDS AND FOREARMS.
THIS EXERCISE IS A NIGHTMARE, BUT EVENTUALLY IT BECAME ONE OF MY FAVORITES!
THIS IS INSIDE KONG HAN ATHLETIC CLUB IN CHINA TOWN MANILA.

    man... its cruel what level they call themselfe sifu.

    im doing traditional Lohan Kung fu... and exercises like that had i to do on my 2nd exam. and i were way more better then him O.o

    and we had to do this for 5minutes O.o after even more deadly exercises
