John Mclaughlin, Dominic DiPiazza and Trilok Gurtu play 'Que Alegria' in Spain in 1992. Had to miss end of slightly to squeeze to 10 mins. This video rocks and for me John was on fire at this time, the other two are amazing too. I saw them with Kai Eckhardt on bass and before that Jeff Berlin, before Dominique DiPiazza.

This concert marked my life as a musician when so young. I was atonished over these three monters. Í will never forget this conccert. Thank to John, Dominique and Trilok. They changed my life.

I saw this tour at Middle Tennesse State University in the early '90s. I remember him doing an interview at the radio station I worked at at the time (WMOT). He was true gentleman. Kai Eckhardt was playing at that particular show. I was floored. What a great album. Thanks for the memories!

I think Di Piazza is one of the best bass player of all the time! His sense of harmony and his phrasing are over the top!

I've had Qué Alegria on tape for years, but this just blows-me-away. There are times when McLaughlin's hyper-active pluckings can give me yamns, but this - wht Kai and Trilok - is sooper-dooper!!
