I am IN INdia... and here doctor says there is no cure for Macular degeneration

I am 31 years old and have an Idiopathic macular scaring my right eye. I watched this video months ago and wondered what the hell because i had deformations when viewing the amsler grid. well I saw the retinal specialist and was diagnosed. So If your young and see problems in the amsler grid it may be what i have. "Idiopathic" means that they really cant say where the scar came from. It may have been toxoplasmosis, smoking, bla bla, But oth eyes are healthy i just have this scar for ever...

this comment doesn't relate to this video but i am having a hard time seeing out of the sides of my vision like i can't see anything out of my side vision, any help?
