In the goal of changing our diets and improving our lives, we strive to be 100% Raw Vegans, but for some, there are some foods that are found to be very difficult to give up.

Who says you have to give up dairy overnight? Studies have shown that the effects of being just 70% raw can make a tremendous difference to one's health. So, instead of giving up your favorite dairy products, look for substitutes that are healthier and better for you and your family.

The products found in this video can be found at your local health food store such as Whole Foods and The Fresh Market, along with local health food stores. Try some of them for yourself and perhaps your family.

  • Thank you very much for this video and your other videos for that matter. I've been trying to start eating raw, not just for the benefit of losing weight, but because I want to be healthy. These videos were just the guidance that I needed to get started. Thank you very much!!

  • Is milk considered a cereal ? =)

  • @PruneSucree

No, cereal consists of grains. Milk is a dairy product derived from lactating animals.

  • Thank you for this video. I particularly enjoyed when it came to the ice cream alternatives. I will be looking for that product.

  • hey hey! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • WARNING ABOUT ALMOND BREEZE: It has Carageenan in it. It is made from seaweed and is a polysaccharide. It irritates the lower intestine and is cancer causing. A LOT of dairy and non-dairy products have it. READ THE LABELS. If you want a tasty almond milk, try Silk.

  • IS ALMOND MILK BETTER THAN LOWFAT ?

    .

  • Well, thank you for posting these videos. Today I went to whole foods with a friend and I found the coconut based ice cream you had mentioned in your video. Needless to say, I was really happy :)

Also, do you know and/or know of websites that explain why you should not consume cow milk? I love milk, I drink a glass before I go to bed almost everyday. That is going to be hard to let go.

  • Thank you for your videos. This is very helpful. Have to make changes to my diet so Iam looking into Raw foods. Thanks again. Hug !
