I take it you dont have any Vbar stabilizer in it..... You take off that Mechanical flybar you have to put a electronic one in it to compansate.

Neat looking little bird, though it looks like its would be about as easy to fly as one of those bricks in the background.

pretty hard to pilot cause it's tiny, and the 3-bladed head makes it even less stable. You should add some expo and try to fly higher !
