There's a dueling spot under a staircase in the main hall heading NE to Explorers Hall. If you go under the staircase(on north side of hall) you will see the chat channels change and you can duel there. Run to the furnace area and get sheeped, feared, etc. and you'll go through the wall and voila! Old IF.

nice vid, there is also another spot u can duel. it is just behind the bank mailbox (behind the pile)
