It sounds amazing, but why you no follow the conductor? I noticed that he was conducting at a different tempo than what the band was playing at. It might just be the video capabilities of the recorder used, though(Might not have a high enough frame rate or whatever its called that determines how well it matches the audio with the video it records). GREAT JOB!(I think my band might be playing this for our prism concert.)

1:14-1:31 is amazing, the solos are amazing(I particularly like the alto sax solo) this whole song is amazing. We're playing it this year for our spring concert.
