None of the 4 points you raised prove collusion. You're simply interpreting each of his acts to be. 1) Could be interpreted as a false tell in that Gold acted like he was disgusted at the flop. It's a way to goad the guy into betting into a pot with a weaker hand. It's done all of the time. 2) Another false tell. The stare down is used to project "false strength" to convince your opponent you're weak (when you're really strong). Viktor Blom once did that slow-playing trips 6's & won.
