When I was 8 years old, the subject of world hunger weighed heavily on my mind. As I thought of ways to solve it, a deep and powerful "knowing" came over me. I KNEW that if everyone on the planet stopped what they were doing for five minutes and prayed, meditated, sang or danced while holding the intention to end hunger that it would end.
