I know that PDF's take up less space than a publisher file.

Great review. Sick of losing documents. Does it handle multiple page scans, say 10 pages, ok? Thanks

Terrific video. Thanks for the information!

You didn't mention how large the pdf files were... If they're massively huge, it sorta makes the scanner worthless...

I love you!! You just alleviated all my fear in purchasing this item, thank you, thank you!! =D

@MyHonestReview Thank you. Is the newspaper clipping taped to the black sheet? My concern was that the newspaper might not feed smoothly, that it might crumple; I haven't seen one so I don't know how it feeds.
I see you scanned to pdf. Can you scan to jpeg ?

@jrmas5 Yes, you can.

Hi, Thanks for the review --- Will it also scan, that is, feed in newspaper clippings -- and if so, is there a way to keep it from scanning the reverse side?

@BRC01938 It can do this if it's 8.5" in width or less. You can also specify whether it scans one side r both. However, in my past experience, any scanner will pick up the reverse side of newspapers due to the thin nature of newspaper stock. It's so thin that the light from the scanner exposes the text on the reverse side. The only way to prevent this is by placing a black piece of paper behind the newspaper or magazine to "black out" the reverse side.

I think you just sold me on this scanner. The only thing that gets me is the price. Is there a more affordable feed scanner that works just as well?
Also...how does this thing handle receipts? thanks again for the video!

@dale3h Receipts do great. I keep all of them organized for my business. At the time I bought this...it was the cheapest. Not sure about now.
