New model xbox over old never did like custom faceplates and yeah the new dash isn't as customisable but I can stream movies to my tv through my lovefilm subscription which is fucking awesome!

Exactly! They should have never changed it. What it is now is retarded especially when you don't have live as the new dashboard is 70% Internet while the old one was like 30% Internet, wayy better. The sound effects and performance on the old one were wayy better, even the intro animation The new one doesn't even have faceplates or customization of the dashboard. The new one only changes the wallpaper, wtf!! I would kill to get the old experience or just about ANYTHING!! when the xbox 360 came
