is your phone rooted... u can get a rom like cm7 nightlies and it should fix it!

try holding down the power button and the camera button at the same time until it says let go of the camera button. That might work

hold it down for a couple sec then let go then keep doin that till it turns on

i have a motorola clq and my phone does the same thing it loads for the same exact same time too , and then after that it works normally . So i dont think that theres nothing wrong with it =)

@SamarraFennell i have a motorola blur cliq mb200, have had it for a year now. it usually takes about 2 minutes for it to boot from being off but after that, it works great. I'm with t mobile and I had a problem with it going thru my battery charge real quick but i installed task killer and kept only the sites I wanted running and now no problem w da battery, awesome phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
