Mat Steinmetz, advanced Retul fitter and Craig Alexander's Performance Advisor, gave me a top-down look at the rig that Crowie would be using at the 2011 Ironman Hawaii World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
@kevinfinke1 yes, there is on-course aid. For for many athletes, one bottle isn't enough for the ten-mile aid station interval, especially if you want to dump water over your head and body to cool off periodically. The Fuelselage is cleaned by removing the bladder (it just pulls straight out) and rinsing like a normal Camelbak-type bladder.

are there no water stations on the course??? chill out, the bottle cage behind the saddle is everything you need. By the way: how can I clean the integrated bottle? :D
