A simulation of protein folding in the HP lattice model from a random state to ground state with maximum number of HH contacts. The red balls are Hydrophobic amino acids.

    now i try to use Jmol to view my solution

    are you work with any group ?i try a lot to found any group work on the same point of research?

  • @leavetrace try to use the C language...java is too slow. it's only a suggestion hehe

    I use the Rasmol SW with adapted files (with the coordinates).

    I worked with a 3D model with side-chains.

  • i use immune system and genetic algorithm to solve this problem i code the algorithm by java ; i want ask which tool you use to visualize the output solution you get from your algorithm ;

  • Nice simple representation of protein folding driven by entropy (we must assume the protein is in an aqueous solution).
