Robert Young is for SOPA my friend was just suspended for putting this same video on youtube. So it is only evident that he pressed charges for it. But I see others put a copy of this video they better watch out.

Ok small observation here, if he didnt recall anything for a few months after the accident and everything was a haze at the scene of the accident until the nurse came and put him back in the car, how did he know to say to the dr that he was the driver

Because it was much later on that he recalled what happened then with the nurse and doctor.
