BJ Snowden is the best. I've met her several times, her mother too. The last time I saw them both was about a year ago, she was playing a local show with a bunch of hardcore punk musicians. It was so funny, I was sitting next to her elderly mother (80-ish) and she was rocking out. Dancing around, headbanging, etc.

I was sad to hear that she recently passed on. RIP
