Interestingly once the details were spelled out on what would constitute an appropriate/legitimate Public Option, there was surprising agreement in the benefits of such a program (Medicare for All), when the fog of Corporate propaganda was dissected and dismissed through intelligent discourse. Though some were purely ideological, others were rationale and amenable to the rational reason of fact when carefully explained.
Sorry to say as this video depicts, WFLA News Channel 8 was more interested in careful editing in order to move their agenda rather than the truth. As a politician , I am very familiar with such antics by the press. As you can see the editors used my words taken somewhat out of context to portray me as one of the opponents to health reform.
