This is the case of a small guard driving on Oden and missing the shot, resulting in an Oden foul. If any smaller player drives on Oden it's called a foul. It really doesn't matter what he does in this situation. The whistle isn't even blown on "contact" (or lack thereof), but instead, called after Felton misses. Another case of refs just waiting to call a foul on Oden. Yet again, a ridiculous call on Oden...
