Baguazhang/Pakua Aerial View of the 8 Qigong Palms

As the title says. The 8 Qigong Palms I learned for the Jiang Rong Qiao Baguazhang system. Working on trying to figure out how to video different angles to communicate postural alignment. Hard to see everything the bottom half of the body is doing. Good way to look at the position and alignment of the hands and arms though.. Thanks to Jessica for climbing up onto the top of the baseball diamond back stop!!! :)) Am working on breaking this down and editing voice over for instructional purposes.

Was a good challenge walking on the damp/wet sand. Another way to test your Circle Walking and rooting skill. Find sand, wet or dry and Circle Walk. ;)

Very cool Kelly showing the overhead view and thank you to Jessica for climbing up high so she can film you . Nice touch. Thumbs up. I am not familiar with the art of Baguazhang and it is neat learning this way . Mind you I do not want poor Jessica having to climb up something each time to film you LOL.
