Mine had no manual. I wanted a printed manual & warranty, but corporate offices said, You're not getting anything printed; go online if you want it. Their're going green, and saving their money. Sadly they know the american consumer has no backbone any longer so they can tell you to go take a leap off a ciff, and people will still buy their products.

This whack phone? no it doesnt! it has nothing! lol. actually, i dont think any tmobile phone has a signature for texting. you cant even set music tones as your message tone. But i have the samsung gravity now and i actually enjoy it! WAAAY better then this horrible phone lol
