In this video Nalaka Gunawardene of TVE Asia Pacific looks to how new media tools should be used to communicate development. He highlights the need for a wide-based discussion around which tools and platforms should be used when talking about development. He recognises the new media has the potential of bringing more 'voices' to the table, but to make sure these voices are heard researchers, academics and policy-makers (among others) must be willing to join existing debates around this topic.
