so what there isnt a bill like this , i think there was , dont know if it passed , but rather than concentrate whose name tag was in front of who, how about concentrating on the fact that this representative has to say classified about everything, and from what i know to be true i can only speculate that mostr of it was about controlling the american people and its system ....i also think that the creator of this you tube video is a douche

It's bogus the real senator doesn"t look like a bald eagle and his name is John Murhta. I searched on different search engines just to be sure because Google is "controlled" by the government you know....hahaha right. Because it was written, shot, and aired by the Onion, a satirical newspaper that often does this sort of thing.
The first thing that you can notice is that "John Haller" is not the Representative for Pennsylvania's 12th district in the House of Representatives... John Murtha is.
