Stuff was stolen from his house after the accident, but that guitar was not amongst the items.

@consul1957: that Les Paul was stolen out of his house when it was announced that his girlfriend was laid up in the hospital and poor Mr. Bolan was dead...after that fatal car crash. (I read all of their belongings had been stolen out of their home) heartbreaking....
