Cyndi is great! I don't think its fair to compare Madonna to Cyndi. Cyndi has the voice. Madonna is just OK to me.

she is an angel of our heart she gained all her fans hearts because of her simplicity charisma, soul and her attitude,, and of course her music and amazing voice.. she is always gonna be the queen of rock and the queen of the eighties

In the beginning of the song, I wasn't really feeling the love in the voice and song, but once it hit about half way, it was all Cyndi and all there. Excellent.

Lauper's devotion to the GLBT community is UNMATCHED.
And, although I love most of Madonna's music, and catalog of songs she's chosen, Cyndi's artistry and musical skill, are superior to Madonna's.
Madonna is the queen, there's NO arguing that and has sold 2x the amount of CD's worldwide, but Cyndi is extremely unique and has such a powerful voice, and an array of touching songs that cause the soul to sing.
