Rahall Press Conference on the "Commerce for Defenders Act of 2010"

U.S. Rep. Nick Rahall (D-WV), introduced the "The Commerce for Defenders Act of 2010" at a Press Conference on Tuesday 29, 2010 --a bill to create a Veteran Owned Small Business Preference (VOSB) in the Surface Transportation Authorization -- SAFETEA-LU, and set the precedent for continuing this important preference in the upcoming authorization.

Rep. Corrine Brown (D-FL), the 2nd Ranking Democratic Member on VA Committee, and Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX), Transportation & Infrastructure Sub-Committee Chair, also attended the event.
