Its features are very similar to NI Battery. But Nerve seems to be slightly quicker workflow in the precalc fx section. This will be crazy good to use with NI Maschine, yep you will be able to use VST inside Maschine in stand alone mode. Match made in heaven.

@Architronica Agreed. I love Maschine, but its just not quite to the point where I use it very much. I really only use it for Hip Hop/Beat Music style stuff, but my main focus now is EDM, so it lacks a lot needed, like sidechaining. So, hopefully they will continue to develop it like they have been, but, in my experience as a long time NI user of every single major product they have, they usually end up disappointing me in the long run.. :\ .. Anyways, Nerve is very, very workflow enhancing. +1

I will find out and let you know.. but.. even if it is not in there, Steve can program it in, he is very helpful and that is one of the gains of an intimate product development situation like this.. if you requested that to be added to the next update, it probably would be unless there was some reason it could not be done.

can you route any of the 16 different pads to different audio-tracks in ableton?

(without using filter or isolation techniques)

or does it only output in the one midi track you insert it into? I cant check because I already used my demo-time.
