As loathsome as Fischer is, and he is loathsome, he has never risen to Wright's level of repulsiveness. He has never claimed that AIDS was a virus created by the American government and the CIA, a lie that the KGB admitted that it had started by planting the story in the western media through journalists whom it had on its payroll.
