Previously- Demi and Joe are back together, and Shane and Emily are together. Kevin is depressed because he feels that no fans like him because they only cheer for Joe and Nick. Selena tries to get Kevin to realize that he is lying to himself and Nick snaps at her.

*With Nick. Nick slams the door to his house and stomps up the stairs, his mom looks out from the kitchen concerned. She hears him slam his door and just as she is going to check on him Kevin comes in with Joe.*

N Mom- whats the matter with Nick?
K- fight with Selena, I think he is low also
N Mom- if he is he needs to fix that right now, that goes for the fight with Selena and the diabetes.
K- ok ok. (runs up the stairs and Joe knocks on Nicks door)
J- Nick, can we come in please?
N- no, go away
J- please Nick, come on
N- (opens the door)
K- are you ok?
N- no
K- are you low?
N- yes and I just flipped at Selena for no reason only because I wasnt in the mood or feeling good.
K- shell understand
J- its Selena, she loves you
N- did you see the way she looked at me after I said those things? She hates me AND I made her cry.
J- talk to her
N- I dont even want to look at myself, why would she talk to me? Or even listen to me?
K- listen Nick, you rest and work on getting better, Demi is with Selena. When you feel better go talk to her, she will listen and she will understand and everything will be ok.
N- I cant sleep.
J- everything will be fine
N- (starts to feel really dizzy and his vision is blurry) guysI dont feel so well
K- want me to get mom?
N- Im gonna rest
J- (to Kevin) didnt we just tell him to do that?

*Nick falls asleep not feeling well, his mom sits with him to make sure everything is ok. Kevin and Joe go over to Demis where Selena is already. Demi is sitting with Selena on the swing in the backyard. Emily is in her room on the phone with Shane.*
