Lane splitting is not "highly highly illegal" its actually legal in some states and in other country's so its NOT CONSIDERED "highly highly illegal you fucking goodie goodie. @AridersLife Yes, we drive on the other side in the UK. You should carry a brick to show how it could cause a car driver to crash as easily as trying to blind you with a laser pointer. I would have reported that. People here in the UK have been tracked down and fined, even put in prison for pointing a laser pointer at the Police Helicopter. A child might not realise how dangerous it is, but you would hope adults would be more responsible. That 2s blinding can cause an accident.

@JGomezabino It's called Filtering, and as far as I know it's legal in all states and territories of Australia. It lessens congestion in traffic because a bike isn't taking up an entire car-length of space in the lane, and the bike will be able to accelerate off faster from the lights anyway. No danger imposed. But it's only legal to do this when traffic is stationary. When traffic is moving I think it's called a "death-wish".
