We had a custom A7-900 to build so we thought we'd time lapse the cut / build process. Came out pretty cool!

  • Just ordered 2 :) and Alex your customer service and help is amazing as always

  • i want one of these ASAP! maybe 2! lol

  • Thats some mad skilz out there..;)

  • I bet you it's heavy as shit!!!!

  • That is by far the sexiest box i've ever seen. I wish i had a cnc to cut my wood. =]

  • @maxbender11 When it's cut like that it allows for different amounts of acoustics, making the sound much cleaner.

  • Damn, amazing box! Must be very very solid

  • i use 1.25" nails for anything i build with 3/4"

anything 1/2" i use one inch nails

  • wicked box. I apologize, this is a rude question.

But what would this box cost someone?

  • ya i stay away from them crappy dry wall screws

  • the head of the screw can still snap off =) but i prefer nails they are easier to work with and dont break very easily.

  • ah i predrill and countersink my screw holes :P

  • I love the box. JW did you guys use a compressed air blower and blow all the tiny pieces of dust out of each side before gluing? and what length nail did you use a 1.25"?

  • actually i prefer nails over screws. the heads wont snap off or be too thick and cause minor splitting of the wood.

  • lmao ! all that effort and ya shot it full of crappy nails ! ? ! wtf ! haha

  • FAIR ENUFF

  • why not?

  • wow must be nice to own a cnc to do all your cuts for ya. lol

  • Thats great Ben.

  • This must be why mine is taking awhile in the wood shop! Wow, cool to see stuff like this. Maybe send it to how its made, heh. Some day I'll order one of those for my self...

  • Very cool

    Video needs some Audio though...

Benny Hill theme would work out nicely lol

  • Wow

  • why?

  • whoa dat guys a machine!

whats da difference of making a box like that instead of making it with just a port?

Does it make the sound better or louder?

  • Holy crap!!! That is overkill. Well done guys.
