My problem is i cant stay focused to get to working out. when i start working out i can keep focused and workout its just getting up and starting to workout.

excuse me for the length of this question, i know you must be very busy, i have quite substantial biceps but my triceps really arnt that great, and no matter what they do i cant seem to get them bigger, but my biceps are always growing. its making my arm look small, what should i do?

I actuall had the same issue for the longest time.. The key is to BEGIN your arm workout w. triceps, and biceps AFTER. Also treat your tri's like legs or chest.. train them HEAVY, and use a lot of basic free weight movements. Check out my tricep workout videos for more details.
