This video is part of my FAQ on how to beat Dave & Buster's games - the guide is currently UNDER REVISION - a new version will be posted within a month or so at the most.

This video covers Tippin' Bloks perfectly - the type of play you would expect to see in "normal" mode, and how the game gets progressively more difficult as the jackpot is hit repeatedly, to the point the game is nearly impossible towards the end.

NOTE: There is a way to beat hard mode consistently. This will be detailed in the new FAQ. A new video could eventually be posted showing these strategies, but there are some extenuating circumstances that make it a bad idea to post at the moment. If you want to know more about why, please feel free to leave me a message.

  • Mewtwo, thanks for the videos. I just had a d&b drop their tippin bloks jackpot from 1,000 to 200 yesterday because of me. I'm a bit baffled at that because they knew I was just visiting the area. I was hitting it hard though :) Anyway, on your FAQ you mentioned that you sometimes get store credit for your prizes- may I ask which store chain you go to, what prizes, and what you say to them when "return" them. I actually never thought of that but it's a good idea.

  • @ABRDB Whoa...a 1,000 to 200 drop? I might call D&B's Corporate Guest Services line. The number should be available on their website. From my understanding, ALL jackpots are supposed to be UNIFORM between locations. At best it's a slap in the face, at worst it's a direct violation of their policies and procedures that you should be able to have reversed. Not really willing to discuss in public on the store credit. Will note you on that.

  • @snowboarder8985 I eventually figured that out when they added the game at mine. As a heads-up, they actually rig the 200 level not to pay out if people take it too much. I usually just watch people play it and if someone particularly bad at Stacker plays for a while, I throw in one credit to see if I can vulture a 1,000 payout. I'll stick with Tippin'.

  • @MewtwoStruckBack He's talking about Mega Stacker. The middle line pays 200 tickets, but you can risk it to win 1000 tickets. Most of the people I watch play it go for the 1000 like 10 times and miss it everytime, meanwhile they could've won 2000 tickets if they cashed out at the 200 marker. The 1000 payout is very rarely worth going for.

  • @robertoantonio007 Believe me, I wish they still had Stop the Clock at my Dave & Buster's. It was taken out somewhere around 2004-2005 (I forget when) with them saying they could no longer obtain parts to fix it. If it was still here and set like it was back then, I probably would be playing it as much as Tippin.

  • @robertoantonio007 Thank you for the advice; sadly, our Stop the Clock at 1,000 was removed a long time ago, with the reason having been no longer able to get parts for it. It was definitely a big money-maker for me long before 1/2 price day even existed.

  • Lol i played this game at a johns incredible pizza and i won 400 tickets, then the machine broke and gave me almost 900 tickets for winning.

  • Could you give me a brief description on what to watch for? Thank you

  • @watchmegainmuscle Yes, this is normal. HARD MODE CAN BE BEATEN. I may, in the future, get up a video detailing this.

  • Hey man! I was able to win 7x + times at two different locations but after it gets extremelly hard. Is it normal? How long do you usually wait for the machine to reset itself? Also, another location i went to had extremely high settings. I could not win at all. The blocks would not drop at the opposite side like we usually see. Any ideas how to beat it? Sometimes its even impossible to catch the blocks since they are almost outside the screen...
