Got this pedal for almost two weeks now, and I was struggling to find songs to make the most of it, however, when I remembered 'Dead Star' by Muse I just had to try it out. So here's me playing 'Dead Star' by Muse on my Mexican Fender Tele through a Vox Ad100VT-Xl and utilising a Boss DD-7 Digital Delay stompbox. Please note that the digital delay pedal is used for the verses and the "solo". Please rate and comment, be it negative or positive! Might record same thing again once I've got the song perfect in my head.

  • Do you like the DD7? Im thinkling of buying one but want to know its good and bad points! Also what settings do you have it on for Dead Star? What a tune!!!!!

  • I LOVE the DD7, and for the settings for Dead Star, I have the E.Level set to "Max", F.Back set to "Min", the D.Time set to the 12 o'clock position, and the Mode set to 200ms, hope this helps!

  • @24lambofgod The tone's good enough. And I rather have the option of manipulating it a lot more.

  • @24lambofgod A year late, but do us a favour, and stop trolling.

  • Well, it WOULD SOUND better, it's "analog"...

  • From what I've read, the MXR Carbon Copy has nowhere near as many features as the DD7 does
