Texas Map Turtle 72 Gallon Bow Tank

My 72 Gallon Bow Tank, with Cichlids and Texas Map Turtle. Some of the fish are just feeder fish that didn't get eaten. There are also some guppies, platys and a couple of algae eaters... The guppies just had a few babies - I don't think any got eaten, but its hard to tell... The filter is a Rena XP3 - I highly recommend this if you can get one... It keeps the tank very, very clean..I made this video as a test for my new Panasonic ZS3...

@jkl1041 My male is only 5-6 inches, and the biggest they get... I've had RES and Snaps and the Texas is by far the best turtle... He's active on the bottom, comes to the top at feeding time, just seems to have a better personality than the others.... Good luck

I really don't do that much... The filter is great and I probably change the filter stuff every 3 months and it costs ~$10.

Really nice tank set-up the texas map he has nice markings and shell...I have an ultra hypo red ear slider...Nice collection of fish as well I have platties mollies and a chiclid as well...

I'm pretty sure he's fine. almost all Texas Maps look like that. it's just how their shells develop. :)
