  • 240p we meat again :@

  • That's the point on this individual example though which we are never going to agree on.

Sunderland didn't go there to 'park the bus', they went there with an obvious gameplan to win the match with players that are palpably less skillful than the home side.

They should have been applauded for their attitude of going for win or draw as opposed to damage limitation. Nor should they have been used to deflect criticism for a disappointing Arsenal result. that day

  • So going in, playing one man up front, crowding the midfield and generally parking the bus isn't negative play, indicative of most visitors to the Emirates?

One touch play does not make it good to watch, just because it's breathtaking doesn't mean it's positive. Bolton can be breathtaking on their day.

Admittedly Sunderland are good going forward, their attitude in this game stank of setting themselves up for a draw.

  • First time I've seen this. After all the furore of Arsene Wenger's media rant about visitors to the Emirates just going there to defend, some of Sunderland's quick, skillful, one-touch attacking play was actually breathtaking. I can only deduce that the Arsenal manager "did not see it".

  • GO ARSHAVIN!!!!!!!!!
