  • I have used Peterson Smoker Pucks and they work great! I have smoked both steelhead and salmon. I highly recommend trying them. They work well with smoked cheeses as well. And don't forget there are no binding agents holding them together.

    Peterson Pucks contain no binding agents of any kind. They are 100% natural kiln dried de-barked wood held together with nothing other than pressure. Something we at Peterson Mfg. Co. are very proud of.
