my first lemur had a motherboard failure, this made everything move and twitch about (jazzmutant paid for it to be picked up and sorted it out for free!, great).
In the beginning I was shocked too, even want to change my lemur, then I saw that the other lemur had a bubble too, so I kept mine and it was getting better by time. It seems to be normal on a lemur as you could read in mutant talk (for technical details), but should not result in performance problems like that.... after a few weeks my bubble nearly vanished.
i too had this problem at one point and fixed it by simply rubbing/patting down the affected area with something flat. I used the palm of my hand. Also, if you leave the Lemur on for a few hours it warms up and the plastic and the bubble can be "strectched" out even further. Don't know if it will work for you but I hope it helps.
yeah, that'a a bit annoying. but, it seems to be only affecting the area where the bubble is, so all you really have to do is be mindful when you contruct an interface. still, unacceptable for the cost of this thing.
i also had a bubble once, all good now tho.

The foil/surface is not 100% plane!
