and here's a little poem I wrote about trees and such...

And from the earth the trees did rise,
and the angels found it pleasant to their eyes,
yet they felt as if something was missing,
that void was filled with a lovely song ringing,

in celebration of the earth alive,
in peaceful admiration of the trees that thrived,
for the evergreen season upon which they shall grow,
and the heavenly sounds which shall eternally flow.
