their basicly the same but the original is going to be better for media because it has 4 sd card slots and has 4 usb part were as the slim is better for movie watching and vid game playing because of the lesser brakedown rate lesser overheat rate imposibilty of geting the ylod and using less power and eing able to replace the hardrive easier and wihout voiding the gurantee so they both have thier goo and bad parts

i didnt mentioned anything bad about the regualr one cuz its sweet and the ONLY thing the slim has that mine dont is DTS-HD and DD-HD sound. something that should be on the regualr one but for some fucke up reason, is not!

ye u mentioned evrything bad about the slim but nothing bad about the orginal i think you will find they slimline better ive looked up the facts on both and the slimine has more going for it i have neither vertions but im gwetting a ps3 slim for christmas

no they wont the touch sensative buntons were having quite large failure which is why they replased them wether u experiensesd it or not its true the slim is better

This PS3 is cheaper than the Xbox 360 elite in the Uk.
And its much smaller, much better looking (now) and also a lot more quiter and more reliable.

it takes 33% less electricity, it is lighter, it is slimmer, it is 120GB, and it doesn't attract dust or fingerprints.
It's an upgrade.
