I'd suggest writing to the Bluegrass Brothers at the email address provided on their web site, or maybe send a message here on YouTube to Dodgeboy1969superbee who posted a message below saying that his dad wrote the song.

Victor plays the bass, The guitar players are his sons, Donald and Steve. Their uncle Robert plays the banjo. The Mandolin player is now gone. Donald the guitar player on the left now plays mandolin, And my dad wrote that song and gave it to them to record.
