  • @krnpaintballr Most of Crowder's stuff is tuned Eb Standard. Well, that's how he tunes his guitar. This song is in Bb, which is G at Capo 3 on an E Standard song. Here, he has it Capo 4.

  • 1,4,5 is the chord progression, so in the key of G(ignore the capo for instructional sake) your 1=G (tonic) because that's the key its in and then your 4 is C because it is 4 steps up from G and then 5 is C because its 5 steps up...the reason he uses numbers to explain it is so when you change the key you just use the 1st 4th and 5th of whatever key you are using
