@HALO3bestGame4ever wow dude you must not know shit about WWII German uniforms.their uniforms are great and historically correct..trust me i know i have 4 Waffen-SS impressions and i have $1000's in my WWII German collection...so do more research on Original & quality reproduction WWII German militaria before you say their stuff isnt correct
-
why is historically incorrect:
1. Germans were not scared of americans
2. at the end of WWII there were millions of allies and some hundred thousands of germans in fight
3. german uniforms are wrong
4. most of the german soldiers were no nazis
5. germans in video cant speak german
6. germans didnt used anti-tank guns against infantry
7. germans had much more fighting experience than the americans
anyways its well made, first american WWII vid that did not made me sick.

Alot of today's combat methods are based on German actions and technological research during WW2.

Its good to see a short film in the Axis Perspective. To many "URAH AMERICA" films, you know?

@fotofisch My uncle's father and my my great grandfather both fought in WWII. They were landed first wave on Sword beach with the Canadian-British forces and fought their way through France. My grandfather keeps two Lee Enfield Rifles as a memorial of them. BTW I have mass respect for the German Army, exept for Hitler and the other maniacal Nazis. Most German Soldiers were just doing what they were told...

Nice Awesome movie.

its a great movie if you just have a few possiblilies...and in fact the germans in this vid are supposed to be nazis because in fact they belong to the Waffen-SS, you had to accept the nazis ideology if you wanted to be part of it. And its right that the german soldiers had a lot more fighting experience...from the american point of view nearly half of the Wehrmacht has to be seen as elite troops...for soldiers who survived 3 years of combat in russia the western front was like holiday
@CoPstesr42 Yup, they were attempting to show just the soldiers/soldaten from both sides as real people, not glamorous...just real. They did a good job, then again, i'm biased hehe. I'm IN the movie ;). Thx for your comments.

@bensariverrat Jup! We love that song. It's in the Trilogy "08/15" twice, and it's also in "The Cross of Iron" when they celebrate Lt. Meyers birthday in their bunker. :)

Nice movie. Add some background noise to make the battlefield more convincing. But really nice.

my uncle was soldier in WWII on the German side.Rarely,he told us what he lived trough. There were times,he was the only out of a group of 50 who survived. At the end of war he was emprisoned in the Sovjet union for another 3 years. After he came back, he had 4 children, one severly disabled.Hey I always had deep respect for him:He never said a word of hate, instead "Nie wieder Krieg"-"Never again war" I think this holds for all sides.Think about this when you go for your strange hobby next time.

@fotofisch Thank you for your comments fotofisch. I agree that was is not the answer. My grandfather was also in WWII with the US Army in Europe. My father was in the Korean War, also with the US Army. I was in the Marine Corps Infantry as a heavy machinegunner throughout the 1990's. This hobby is all about preserving the memories of the sacrifices made by our forefathers. Not just the Allied side. Contrary to popular belief, axis soldier were people too. They had children, mothers...
