I was wanting to know what suspention you went with? Also how many cubic inches is that motor? I hav one more question about stiffing up the unibody. What all have you done to help your car out in going straight? I have a 92 fox and was wondering because i would like to go a similar route.

it isnt i had the axles and transmission switched so that it is a RWD. I like the look of the Lumina thats why. Not too sporty and showy like a camaro and mustang...at the same time its not something ppl see running down the tracks in the 9 second or 10 second field. Thats why i choose the lumina....everyone thinks OH LOOK GRANNY CAR....ahahaha then you hear a LS 327 crank up.....OH FUCK!!!! THAT GRANNY HAS MUSCLE!!!! lol

will admit 9.90 is fast but not as fast as your site claims as far as the mid or low 9s. Once i drop the new engine i am working on into my 96' lumina i will get some vids for you. Waiting on the new camaros to come out so i have a daily driver and a drag car. Might be a granny car but when i am done it will have the same power/weight ratio as a mustang if not alittle lighter at 3200lbs prolly about 3100lbs+ after stripping all and putting in bucket seat

We were having trouble with the car this year, it kept veering to the left so most of his passes were slower than last years, as we were "test and tuning". I would not mind seeing some videos of what you have when you post some of your videos.

will do, when you installed that engine was it a bitch to find the motor mounts and transmission mounts? Thats the part that is a bitch for me right now. Have a 364ci LS2 and of course the Lumina only came with a 3.1/3.4/3.8 V6 option so yeah....need new engine mount, trans mount the works.

Well, Getting the engine in was a hassle because of the hood. We put the engine in first, and once that's in, we jack up the car and slide the transmission under the car. Th transmission and headers are probably the hardest part.

Shit lol i am glad the headers for the LS engines arent as much of a problem as they are with small blocks and big blocks ahahaha.

Yea, The car is actually in my dad's friends shop right now getting the headers refitted so their not as much of a bitch to get it.
