Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has called for an end to street protests by Iranians who claim there was fraud in last week's presidential election. The Ayatollah said incumbent President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was the clear winner of the poll. Ayatollah Khomenei spoke [Friday June 19th] during Friday prayers at Tehran University.
