In this eight-part series of dzogchen teachings, Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche explains the essence of a heart teaching by Dawa Gyaltsen, an eighth century meditation master from the Bon Buddhist tradition of Tibet. These teachings are designed to guide one directly to the root of one's self, to the clear and blissful experience that is the true nature of mind.

We do not have to remain stuck in suffering and depression. We can trust our practice to work with all the poisons like fear and anger. Thank you so much for sharing these precious teachings.

For now anyway, I know we are the Earth's awareness. Thank you for your part in helping me to realize this. I live in a very rural area with not much in terms of $ wealth (although we are very wealthy in other ways :-) and access to teachings has been sometimes difficult. I would like to meet you someday. Perhaps we will as the action that I am further unfolds.
Blessings
