a lot of non rock music in the 80s is awesome, Chicago in the late 80s had an amazing House music scene, Hi nrg, italo disco, then new beat started up and Acid House, then the early 90's with Rave and jungle and hardcore. People usually on'y think about the rock of a era, but there are so many other great genres
